I don’t think I have ever seen you put your opinion across once, let alone back it with fact.
If you have then feel free to show me.
I accuse you of being drunk or staring silly soundbites when your behaviour reflects that. However abuse, picking up on irrelevant sentences to the point in order to twist a word to take focus of the point itself is not what I just described, you need to understand that.
For example the thread regarding defund the police where the constitution is being discussed. I made the point that the constitution has the right to bear arms, instead of combatting that you decided to pick out the fact that I said it’s in the constitution WE have and you felt it didn’t affect us.
That is pedantry and not debating the topic. By all means put forward tangible and debateable on topic posts and you will have a whale of a time with me, someone who thrives in doing the same. However should you continue with the “I’m here to destroy threads and not debate” behaviour then you are continually going to be upset with me I’m afraid.

They are just lazy pejoratives that people chuck around willy nilly and the rules change every five seconds. For example a British person wanting greater self determination and independence following a break from the EU is often portrayed as far right, regressive and isolationist. Whereas the Nationalists in Scotland or Wales who want greater self determination and independence and a break from the U.K. are portrayed as nice and progressive and left wing.
It’s literally the same thing.

Yup, believe it or not I’m neither left nor right. I’m whatever side common sense is on.
I have views that align with the left and views that align with the right.
Currently however the left are a bunch of screeching lunatics so it’s very hard to find much common ground there.
