I passed through Kings Cross underground station about half an hour ago, and it coincided with hundreds of Derby fans arriving from oop north. One of the pricks thought it’d be a good idea to press the emergency button at the top of the escalator. You’d have thought he’d have done it when he was getting off, but no, the stupid wà nker did it when he had to go down. So hundreds of them had to walk down. Luckily, I was on the adjacent escalator going down.
Anyway, I see Fat Franks Derby as the lesser of two evils. I begrudgingly hope they go up as I dislike Aston Villa more.

As Dorse memorably put it on another thread, like deciding which STD you want to catch, so Derby marginally. If Derby go up they'll be cannon fodder (Keogh against Aguero or Salah anyone?) when their expensive loanees go back and even if they let them stay another season, they won't be good enough for the PL. Big Fat Frank therefore will probably be sacked by November/December.
Derby going up also means Villa will be financially fúcked as this is their final season of parachute payments. Having lost not far short of a small African country's national debt in the three seasons they have been down they will probably have to sell Grealish for silly money or pull a Derby and sell Villa Park back to their owner or both. Also, Terry in tears for two years running will be worth watching.
Although i don't share the scorn for Frank Lampard as most do on here, I can't abide John Terry.
He's the sort of bloke i'd have over for a meal having wan ked into the sage and oregano plant pot in the garden which i'm using in his portion of boulangere potato for bank holiday Lunch.
The thought of him striding around Wembley in victory like he's Tiberius conquering Raetia having stormed the gates of the Transalpine Gaul, makes me want to shit my colon out into my Carharrt Jeans.
Please win Derby.

really, really, really dislike the media narrative about how wonderful fat frank has been and has spent NO MONEY AT ALL, which coincidentally coincides with them posting a huge loss/moving the ffp goalposts.
really really really dislike moaning git dean smith

Things I would rather do than see Villa win include, but are not limited to: Rim Ricky Tomlinson Take a deep sniff of John McCririck's saggy Y-fronts Be the face of the ad campaign for 'Smeg-Away'

just wondering who has the most loan players - Villa or Derby?
'Anyway, I see Fat Franks Derby as the lesser of two evils. I begrudgingly hope they go up as I dislike Aston Villa more.'
I'd probably be inclined to agree with this, but it's a very tough call. If Frank's facial expression becomes any more smug his head might fall off. I'd hate to see him acting likes it's all a piece of p!ss and he's dragged these mediocre players up to the premier league single handedly because he's just that brilliant.
I'm hoping against hope they decide to keep Cardiff up instead.

I'm going glass half-full as one of those fcukers will be severely miffed by the end of it so I'm looking forward to it and edging for Derby and a Keogh redemption but I'd bust a rib laughing if Derby lost it in the last minute again. My drinking game will involve a shot of Zambuca and an Oooh Bobby Zamora! every time the great man is mentioned.

Pinned my colours to the mast on this previously.
Please for all that is good for football, don’t let villa win ,
Are villa able to afford their own suits this time and if they don't go up will they be allowed to go bust on the fly and fire in some more cash cause they are a supposed big club or am I just bitter

Marginally Derby for this reason. The premier league has got that much more unforgiving and I could quite happily see them having an absolute beer-shìt of a season and possibly beating their own least points record.
In a perfect world, the football league would also brutally fist them with a rusty gauntlet for taking the pìss out of FFP (admittedly, not difficult) on their inevitable relegation and return to the championship.

On the basis that 1 x John Terry is worse than 1 x Frank Lampard and 1 x Ashley Cole, come on you Rams! Plus Kieran Lee is a Derby fan (not the former loanee....well just look up his Twitter...)
Edit - don't look him up at work/on the train/with your family around
Recently I didnt care who won simply because it meant one of them would lose, again.
However, thinking about it a bit more I want Derby to win simply because I think they’ll fare worse in the PL than Villa.
All their loanees they got who only went their because of Lampards connections will probably go back to their parent club so they’ll have to buy a whole new team, pay mercenary money to mercenary players and it’ll all go pear shaped.

Bucking the trend here but Villa edge it for me but only after Grealish collides with Big Racist John in the dugout having been pushed there by Bradley Johnson resulting in season long injury for Grealish, severe facial damage to Big Racist John and Fat Brad banned forevermore
I’ll be glad to see the back of Villa, the moaning bastards, and I think they’ll be weak in the Prem. Also hoping Derby’s circumventing of FFP will be exposed and they’ll be shagged next season.
Finally, Albert Adomah, a proper R and I wish him well
It was a tough call that would’ve been easier if Carson had been in goal, I detest that gap toothed vvanker
Plus I’ve just realised Cashley Vole is playing for Derby..... so it’s 2-1 on the ex Scum stakes there
