For me yes. I’ve tried everything over the years. Cold turkey. Patches. Champix.
Nothing worked. The difference for me anyway is I actually enjoy the process of vaping. I fell off the wagon just once since the beginning of 2019 and fags actually tasted and smelt disgusting. All the different flavours available for vaping are actually very nice. I’d certainly recommend. [Post edited 8 Feb 2019 14:37]

On the patches still,although I usually cut them in half,bought a tornado vape from bargain booze.Tried many flavours but havent found one I like more than others.On blueberry at the moment,dont use it much as it makes mouth very dry when sleeping,believe its one of the additives that does that.
You just need to find what suits you,still get the urge but thats usually my fault for forgetting to put a patch on. Wether they are doing me harm I have no idea but smoking cerainly was. | | | |

A lot of the vape shops I pass look like they’re staffed by folks you don’t want to talk to. Find a good one and you will find the best options for you. I never buy from anywhere I can’t chill out and have a proper look. I like the menthol e liquids best. Not too sweet and still give you that hit at the back of the throat without being rough.

Buy replacement parts.
Buy a second e-cig as back up.
Invest money in good equipment and there's more chance it'll work.
Buy the liquid on the internet. Much cheaper. | |

I read a thread on vaping before Xmas - went out and bought a couple of devices and I've been ciggy free since. I tried years ago when vape machines were poor but the modern machines are fab.
My preference is for the small pod machine - cloud chasers nightmare I know. I prefer a pocket sized and discrete vape. Amazing. Stopped smoking overnight. | |
