After last nights results I assume there will be a few more of us travelling down to Colchester for Saturday. Dont think we have played at the new ground yet, but I went there a few weeks ago with my son to watch his side, Southampton play (yes next Tuesday will be interesting!!) ...parking is all on industrial estates which are 5-10 minutes walk from the ground and are £8/£10 which is a rip off considering how far they are away - some parking on the verges nearby but a few had tickets on, on the way out, so beware - there were over 6000 there so maybe they were extra vigilant that day - a
And ignore the postcode listed on the football league grounds website, which says it will take you an industrial estate near the ground - put it in my sat nav and ended up in Marks & Spencers in the high street - 5 miles from the ground - nice sandwiches though!!! 2-1 win O'Grady to get his scoring boots back on :-) |  |
