He was on a suspended sentence and he knew what would happen if he went down this route. But did it anyway because it would make him a martyr in the eyes of his followers.

Maybe you should watch the videos I presented, Martin Luther King, the Jews and Rosa Parks were all arrested for 'breaking the law' but does that make their arrest justified now?
