Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

Fantastic despite the ref playing an extra minute of extra time when scouse almost equalised

The whistle should have blown as soon as the ball was cleared after them hitting the post. Shouldn't have had time for the corner.

That's only Liverpool's third defeat this season in the Premier League and first defeat in 19 games in all competitions.

Beating the league leaders one week, losing to the bottom club the next. Never a dull moment.

Did you catch the end LB?

The commentators gave Mawson as MoM. Can't argue with it for obvious reasons, but my vote would have gone to Fabianski. Immense performance.... as always. Fantastic goalkeeper.

6 points off 10th

Which is mental. It feels like this season has been a total disaster until these last few games with Carvalhal coming in and stopping the rot. Yet only 2 more wins and we'd be top half? Shows how many shit teams there are in the league this year

Yes, Fab first and Mawson second.
Although Fab didn't have to make any worldy saves he did what was needed when it was needed.

Told you all Carvalhal was a great choice. Now we just need a few goods options and we're fighting until the end,.

Well I have to say it is starting to look promising.
I did Carlos a bit of an injustice with my earlier views on his 'David and Goliath' comment.
Obviously what he has said to the press was very different to what he told the players.
We are still playing too many sloppy passes but our closing down, pressurising and players putting their bodies on the line is fantastic.
We look like a unit again with players working for each other in an organised pattern.
What we need now is our DOF to pull his finger out and get some players in to strengthen the squad and give Carlos a real chance of pulling off the great escape.
Quick point on the Liberty. It was bouncing at the end which proves that we can create an atmosphere provided the team are delivering the goods on the pitch.

Fab's work was bread and butter stuff. Mawson's MoM earned by some brilliant body on the line stuff - literally at the death.

Well done YJB's...and another well done to Slavan Bilic for adding some balance to Sky's shite coverage with Carragher & Klopp failing miserably to give us any credit. It was bloody funny seeing those 2 struggling after being out-thought by Carlos's tactics.

Carlos...YJB you!!! 😁

Where did the 4 minutes come from in the first place.

No injuries, no goals in 2nd half.

5 subs , should mean 2 1/2 mins extra.

Lovely. He would have seen it late too. It was very close as to whether it would have sneaked in under the bar, so needed dealing with.

Fab was excellent as usual. And in front of him we generally defended well through the team. L'pool were pretty wasteful on a few occasions but it's about time we had a bit of luck. And about time we're not talking about the officials screwing us over.

👍 re Fabs

On officials screwing us over though, wasn’t the 4 mins added time up when the ref gave them the final corner which could’ve resulted in an equaliser?
