The fullbacks have very little protection and are not the quickest either. The CB's have no leadership and rely on zonal marking which gives the opposition lots of space to attack the ball and pick their spot. Quite ridiculous really considering the issue with crosses has been there since our Championship days. | | | |

We also have strikers who get no service and are statuesque when they do, midfielders who can't pass to each other for toffee and central defenders who can't defend.
