Injuries permitting Id go with: Lillis Bennett Eastham O'Connell Kennedy Dawson Lund Vincenti Hendo Andrew Brandy RNL and Rose could also come in & younger players. To me that is still a strong team- Hendo down the middle as I think he's more effective there.

The older players should galvanize the youngsters here on in.

Not sure where Hendo is most effective, he seems to have struggled for a while now at this level.

But he hasnt said theyre gonna disappear, just thats hes going to be more selective. With regards to your team, have no interest in seeing calvin out wide, he can keep his place on the bench for me. But excluding allen and tanser my personal side would be: Lillis Raff eastham oconnell TK Dawson bennett Vincennti hery henderson Brandy (or a loanee)

He put in a riveting performance at wing back against Coventry

Agreed, his most effective half for some months now. This was a great tactical switch by Hilly at Coventry, and I guess he was trying something similar with Bunney which hasn't had the same impact.

I think he screwed up with the Bunney experiment, but the basic nuts and bolts are there.

Definitely lost the thread there! But in all seriousness, although I wouldn't start Hendo at wingback, at least that got him involved in the general run of play rather than just have him wandering around waiting for a pass. Hilly has to find a way of getting him more involved, almost forcing him to concentrate more. [Post edited 16 Feb 2015 20:30]

Hilly speaks on 20:34 - Feb 16 with 2889 views | RotherhamDale | Wasn't a big point made about the space the Coventry left midfielder was leaving free, and how Raff didn't really exploit it? Presumably that was why he put Henderson there, to exploit the space. I doubt it was because he's going to ever play at right back.
| Possession with progression. |

That's exactly the case, hilly knew whoever was at right back was going to get a lot of space to run into and the opportunity to make things happen.
| Days like this one weren't supposed to happen to Rochdale. |

Not sure it's fair to say Raff didn't exploit the space - the way he set up Camp's goal couldn't have been bettered. Hendo simply added something extra.
