Anyone know if you can download recorded programmes from Sky box to a dvd or PC?

Can't transfer recordings to PC, different format. Only option is to connect box to DVD recorder. If desired, once put on disc, use DVD Shrink to create an ISO image, then ISO Burn to create further copies.
