There are a few questions floating around the various websites about Swans directors and their shareholdings
We have 9 directors in total who are
Huw Jenkins
Leigh Dineen
Huw Cooze (Trust representative)
John Van Zweden
Steve Penney
Don Keefe
Gwilym Joseph MBE
Martin Morgan
Brian Katzen
We also have two associate directors in David Morgan and Will Morris - these are both non executive positions
Of these 9, 3 of them - Gwilyn, Don and Steve own no shares in the club with the share ownership made up as follows
Martin Morgan 225,000 shares
Brian Katzen 200,000 shares
Swansea City Supporters Trust 200,000 shares
Huw Jenkins 125,000 shares
Robert Davies 100,000 shares
Leigh Dineen 50,000 shares
John Van Zweden 50,000 shares
(Many of these shares are not listed to the individual but businesses associated to them but I have used individual names for ease)
Overall share issue is 950,000 shares

Despite the fact I have noticed he has been online an awful lot recently, him and his half-hysterical piss-poor jokes have been remarkable for their absence from this thread.

Anyway, just to round off the actual discussion my idea remains to seek agreement to convert the Trust's share of future dividends into additional capital at source, taking it to 25% + 1 share over a period of time at a valuation to be agreed.
If Phil thinks he can get agreement on this from all the others then go for it, but common sense and real life strategy says it is much wiser to cautiously target a 50% threshold, and obviously approach those believed to be most amenable to such a concept and get them onside first. Certainly reasonable people should be able to agree on this as the actual level of dilution required is in reality small and nobody currently has a controlling stake.

However, in this instance I reckon the contribution of the 3 pissants here has probably reduced the chances of a successful outcome by maybe 30-50%, by laying bare what should have been a softly softly strategy.

After all having discussed this on here and read your views and those who have debated back to you together with the normal advisers we use (who all think you are barking mad and wrong by the way!)
However it is a highly entertaining thread and as Uxbridge has said it is good to have a topic like this being debated especially as you decided the Trust strategy was to get to 25% as soon as possible all by yourself. Today you took that one stage further and told us to aim for 50%, won't even begin to start on that one.
