The only player to get us our consecutive second and third penalties in our whole time in the Premier League. A player who is a constant attacking threat, quickly identifying the spaces he can take advantage of, and he causes the defense to panic - especially when Bony is also driving on top of them.... It's no coincidence that our penalities came as soon as Emnes appeared.
To claim he's unfit or not a 'quality' player isn't fair. Give him more of a chance to blend in with our team by making him a permanent player could only be a good thing. Realistically, he can only improve surely! |  |

1 Million would be a steal for Emnes. It seems like he desperately wanted to be here after the first loan stint but Middlesborough wouldn't release him as our offer was too low. Which looks like turning out great then ;) as now we're getting him cheap.
Good vision and he does what we desperately have needed - someone who can grab us a penalty by being intelligent in the box. Dyers great but he could have gone down a load of times if he used his head.
Not condoning penalty box diving mind you - just every other club in the world takes advantage of it. |  |
