I've a feeling that United have appointed the wrong Welshman and should have moved for Tony pullis. Pulis h as always played a similar brand of football to Alex ferguson. Pump into forward fast and get the ball whipped into the box early. Heavy tacklers in midfield who like to mix it and aggressive central defenders.
Or perhaps their old darling mark Hughes. Not too dissimilar again?
Is looking to wales or to Welshmen the way ahead for the premier leagues top clubs?

Hughes burnt that particular bridge by taking the managers job at Man City... that and being absolutely hopeless whenever he is given a decent budget.
