Scum winning 1-0

I keep saying it, but they are cockroaches. Them surviving will not surprise me at all. However, even with a win today they've a lot to do.

Fingers crossed.

No - and I don't understand what last year has to do with his inappropriate choice of activities or players moaning?

Capatins my capatins moaning during pre season re training last year - but realised it seemed stupid when we were doing so well.

if they did so well on those methods last season, either his methods were OK or they could have done much better. Unless he has significantly changed his methods.

Opinions change on best methods as time goes on and as we continue to learn so there are very few absolutes and many variables.

The basic principle of training - progressive overload. Was reasonably OK last year due to lower fixture list. This year, increased fixtures = the need for a decreased volume of training.

So no, a basic error on his part - not ,my words but those of Professor Ekstrand of UEFA

I always held the belief that, however much shit the vermin have fallen into and will fall into, they will ALWAYS come up smelling of roses.

Yes - but as a highly paid sports scientist he should have adjusted the volume to account for the EL

We need something tomorrow just to take the pressure off the more winnable games.

WBA do it again!!!

Not a good day on the whole.

Not a great day, but I'd still rather be us than WBA, Narch, Villa, Fulham, Scum or Sundy. Still, a bicycle clip and brown trouser job for sure. Tomorrow's a shot to nothing really, but the next four......sheesh.

Exciting innit.
