Swansea City on deadline day : Afternoon update

For those who are happy to follow the ever changing day on the Indy here are the latest links today.

⚽️ First off nineteen year old Jacob Wright, he is completing his loan signing in Swansea from Man City. This could well turn into a permanent transfer but that relies upon the Swans not going down. We have always maintained that Wright was on the cards with every other outlet stating it was off.

⚽️ Lewis O’Brien, was rumoured to be in Swansea late last night, that didn’t happen but he is at Swansea today we are told. People who can’t handle someone who changes their mind shouldn’t be really reading up to date links. He had second thoughts last night because his wife is pregnant and wanted to think about relocating to Swansea at this time. As it stands, it seems he is ready to sign on loan from Nottingham Forest. He has been at Los Angeles FC again on loan but that has now changed. The Swans have outbid Blackburn, Preston and Derby.

⚽️ Bobby Clark, who is on the books of Red Bull Salzburg, they signed him from Liverpool for around ten million pounds in August with a seventeen and a half percent sell on fee. We are hearing he is of interest. But in no way can the Swans afford him.

⚽️ Alex Gilbert from Middlesbrough is off.

⚽️ There is also a link to Peterborough United player which we are working on.

The Swans currently have Myles Peart-Harris and Hannes Delcroix on loan so there is some wiggle room for loans in to be rubber stamped. But you really do need to see what game the Swans are playing. Only five allowed in a match day squad. It’s going to be a window of loans for sure.

That’s it for now, keep an eye on our deadline day updates below.
