Luke Williams on drawing 2-2 with Birmingham City
Luke Williams was pleased with an away point at Birmingham City this afternoon. And despite stating the Swans started well in the second half ( they didn’t ) it was his first game in the championship as a head coach.
Luke Williams : "We created a few good chances, Birmingham created a few good chances too. There were some encouraging things, there was some quality on display and some great character and those are things you can really work with. The last 10 minutes of the first half we had some control and went into the break in a good place. We started the second half in a good way, but I think we made a mistake trying to defend the lead, because as soon as they equalised we nearly scored straight away as we went back on the front foot.
