BJB Day 58

The Housemates Rip Apart A Classic Song

Home > Story Index >Day 58 In The Big Jack Brother House

19.07.03 - 10.17am - The morning after the 8th eviction from the house and the four remaining housemates are up and practising their version of American Pie for the afternoon. They have finished most of the words and are just working on the final chorus. Jason Smith naturally has strained his vocal chords practising.
19.07.03 - 11.24am - Leon and James Thomas are arguing over which one of them will be the most popular in the final vote for the winner. James is claiming that his goal against Hull will ensure he emerges the champion whilst Leon is convinced that the world will love his childlike qualities.
19.07.03 - 3.17pm - Time for the housemates to perform their song for Big Jack Brother - the words go like this

A long long time ago We still remember the outside world and how it made us smile And we know that if we had a choice We'd stay out and still rejoice And not do this house for a while

But Myra - She's Been A Doll And Reeco was too with his LOL Leighton, well he talked some shit And Tommo always was a hit

Then there was Watkin and Willo too Hollins jumped if you said Boo But they all touched us deep inside The Day That Leon Cried So……

CHORUS

Bye-Bye It's the end of this thing Drove us to complete madness But we survived till the end We probably have been driven round the bend And now we've been forced to sing Oh we have been forced to sing

Did you read Leigh's Book of Cash And did you enjoy Jason's sausage and mash If Leighton tells you too Do you believe in Peter's offers Do you put cash in the club coffers And can you treat all Jason's wounds

Well we know that you all love Britton Even Myra made him some mittens Willo slept all day and all night Leighton he was always right

Nick was a lonely teenage broncin' buck Wanted Hollins and he to have a ruck But did he really give a f The Day That Leon Cried

We're starting singin…….

REPEAT CHORUS

For nine weeks now we've been on out own Sometimes like a dog without a bone That's not the way it used to be When Myra and Leigh were King and Queen And Leon looked like a Baked Bean And a voice that came from on the beam

Oh and while you all were looking down Reeco wore a stupid frown I looked at you, you looked at me And wondered why he wasn't ATB And while Jason walked out on his crutches Leon dreamt of Rabbit Hutches And Leighton went to touch his The Day That Leon Cried…..

We started singin…..

REPEAT CHORUS

Weekly tasks we did them well Don't tell Leighton his head will swell Peter's offers fading fast Buy one now and get one free Jason went and banged his knee Only cos he was kicked by Leigh

Now we reach the end of what we done Nine weeks of sitting round on bums We all have had enough And have run out of puff We didn't want to be in here But I guess we had some free beer When we've gone we'll give a cheer The Day That Leon Cried……

And we started singin…….

Oh, and just one more thing before we go Jason's gone and bust a toe I guess it's bandage time again So come on, Willo's asleep and Tommo's quick? Steve Watkin stands around like a stick Cause Reeco only has one friend

And as we watched Nick on the stage Leighton went into a terrible rage He didn't look well And maybe was under Satan's spell And as we drunk long into the night Myra's curlers gave us a fright But now we can sing with delight The Day That Leon cried…..

REPEAT CHORUS

We met a girl we called her Myra Willo claimed she made him tirer But we just smiled and turned away We went down to the room of store We'd knew that we would hear Willo snore And we all knew that Watkin wouldn't play

And in the streets the people read Every single word that we said But nothing always made sense Reeco's LOLs - is he dense? The three people you admire the most The last 3 here - they can boast The rest of us are just a ghost The Day That Leon Cried…..

And we were singin…………..

REPEAT CHORUS TO FADE

19.07.03 - 5.29pm - As a reward for putting so much into the song, the housemates are rewarded with Fish and Chips and alcohol for the evening. It doesn't take long for the food and beer to be consumed. Leon is banned by the other three housemates from drinking alcohol though and is given extra chips as a reward for being good.
19.07.03 - 8.53pm - The housemates are playing a game of truth or dare. Jason's first dare is to dislocate his thumb which he manages with some ease whilst Myra is dared to change Leon's nappy.
19.07.03 - 10.24pm - After a long night and drunken behaviour kicking in, the housemates decide to head to bed. There are now just 5 nights left of the Big Jack Brother experience.
19.07.03 - 11.17pm - With all housemates asleep and Myra snoring louder than ever, you are now invited to vote for the person that you would like to see win Big Jack Brother. You can cast your vote using the form below.
