I’ve been a long term lurker, but figured I’d throw my two pence worth in.
One key thing yesterday was the press, we seem to be a lot more active as a team in pressing the opposition, and it worked a number of times, yes there was also they played out of it.
I thought Frey look a lot fitter and is going to be a pain to defenders this season also he was leading that line and press a lot and even sometimes berating others who didn’t get involved.
Like others have said Santos looks to be finding his feet at the moment.
I thought a lot of the younger ones in second half played with out fear too which was good to see.
I think the new striker from what’s been seen online and stats show he’s a good finisher so las has been said it’s an optimistic season ahead. I think we may lose 1-2 others from first team before this is finished this year. But we are in good shape at the moment. |
