I'm unsure of him still, I want to like him, I really do. But I though he was poor last night. He took too many touches, gave the ball away in dangerous positions & has awful composure when we have possession in or around the oppositions box. He's still young, but after a season and a half of championship football, I'd like to see that bit more of maturity to his game (technically not attitude wise). Fingers crossed as there could be a real player there.
Ha, very familiar with the viceroy. It's extremely cheap and not the best quality but I've had worse tbf! If you're counting the coppers but fancy a curry it's always a good shout.
I live in Molesey mate. Best curry house is a ten minute drive in Hsmpton called Monafs. Quite expensive but you get what you pay for, the best curry I've ever had. Every time I've recommended it I've got the same feedback.
It's worth casino hopping, just to see all the different ones. You'll have your favorites. I stayed at The Mirage which was dated but a laugh. Best one for drinks & atmosphere was The Cosmopolitan for me.
I loved Freemont street, it's obviously the original Vegas and you still get the feel of that.
Food - Le Thai, down freemont street was one of the most authentic Thai's I've ever eaten, which surprised me. The Old Homestead steakhouse inside Caesar's Palace was one of the best restaurants iv'e ever been to, expensive but fantastic. For a quick burger
I listen to it a fair amount, they have some good presenters and some awful. Awful being - Alan Brazil, Adrian Durham & Mike Parry. Good being - Hawksbee & Jacobs, Jon Richardson & Matt Forde and Micky Quinn. But yeh, the adverts are atrocious, I mute the volume for a few minutes every time.
I heard from a Spurs mate he was given the boot at Spurs because during the Spurs end of season party, one of the directors Donna-Maria Cullen walked in and he shouted "Strippers arrived lads".
Thanks Monahoop, sadly a few bands are like are playing just before and after we go at The Academy but I'll certainly be taking in a lot of music whilst I'm over there.
Bruxelles has been mentioned before and is definitely on my list.
Thank you all so much for your tips! I'm going to look at all your suggestions instead of work, much more fun. I've done my revision with a lonely planet guide but I always think it's better to get other people's opinions as well. Thanks again.
I'm a big fan, seen him about 8-10 times. Mostly his own gig's but also at festivals. I've found some gigs have been poor, some average and some excellent. It seems to be if he's up for it that day/night, which isn't very professional. Listened to his new album a few times already and I think it's his best in years, not very Jam-esque though if that's what you are looking for.
I'd take Dembele anyday of the week. Chirches showed a bit of potential and Sandro on form is a quality player, hasn't seemed to recover his form since he got injured at HQ the season we went down.
Soldado does everything right apart from finish, if he got his goal scoring tocuh back he would be a shrewd buy for the right price.
Capoue & Chadli are both poor and my Spurs pals are baffled in what their "scouts" saw in them. Naughton is a championship standard player.
