| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 18:37:08 A scrappy affair, which Dale should have won. Chesterfield's goals were their only efforts on target (apart from a late shot parried by Edwards). Not for the first time this season, it could have been very different, and not for the first time it wasn't. In the second minute Jones's perseverence put him through with only Lee to beat: he shot across the face of the goal. Then there was an hour of misdirected passes in which Dale fought hard for the ball but did little when they got it. A delected Dale shot hit the bottom of the post, about ten minutes before, out of the blue, came Akpa Akpro's goal. He advanced unchallenged to the edge of the are before drilling a low shot inside Lee's left post. Soon after Tutte had a good chance to make it two, but Lee got down well to save. As Chesterfield got more desperate, Whitaker who came on as a sub helped to push back a Dale defence that couldn't seem to find Dale players and two quick, scrappy goals followed. Hard to believe Chesterfield still have a chance to avoid relegation. If they do,there's the compensation of not having to return to their draughty characterless stadium. |

| Your Report | Oldham Athletic v Salford City Your Report added at 22:02:03 I see Matty Edwards is still starring off the bench - more than just a goalie . And the likes of Craig Dawson and Fon Williams still appear under 'Ratings Summary for the Current Season' ... |
