A decent transfer window in terms of stats from lower European Leagues. However, unfortunately the Championship, as it is, doesn't take any prisoners and the two players who we forked out most money on play with about as much strength as a couple of inmates from Guantanamo Bay. Consequently, together with one or two injuries we are now operating with 8 or 9 players fit-for-purpose in the Champiosnhip and 3 kids from the Development Squad.
We will give it a go from the start on Saturday and the keeper, back four and CDM's are quite resolute but the ball invariably comes straight back from our 3 ACM's and CF and you won't need Keith Stroud to keep you in the game this time.

Michael Frey looked very good when I watched you win at Luton. I note he's out injured for the next few weeks but had he maintained his good form or was Luton a one-off?
That was his best performance of the season. But he has 4 goals and has been pretty good all season. He knows what he is doing up top, even if he’s slow. Unfortunately out with an unspecified calf injury, I believe, and our club tell us nothing so we don’t know for how long.
In his place with have a newbie who is as comfortable playing the one up top role, as Liz Truss at an economics forum. Lacking confidence, weak, and not particularly quick, if you could let him score a goal that would be most appreciated.
The rest of the team is getting there now we’ve dropped our big money signing from central midfield, given he didn’t tackle, track back, or run much. You’ll likely have too much for us. I expect an improved Rangers’ performance but a 1-2 loss.

Now that would be almost perfect. If you could see your way to beat Leeds as well both your fans and ours would be very happy.
Yes we thrashed them last season those were the days…bit unlikely this time given current form but you never know.. ideally we would get something out of Saturday game.
