Cifuentes now has the difficult job of dealing with a crisis of confidence. Whatever the problems are this season, and there are certainly a good few of them, this team is capable of a midtable finish. But, going into a two week break off the back of three successive defeats, Cifuentes has a big task to bring the players back to some sort of form.
Confidence is so crucial to a good performance. I don't know how Cifuentes will handle this crisis of confidence but unless he does so successfully and manages to get some wins in the next few up coming games, it's only going to get harder.

He's already successfully solved this problem last season. Therefore he deserves some degree of scrutiny for allowing himself to fall into the same trap.
Sadly I think there will be very little improvement in results... performances maybe. We have no goals in this team, and a midfield and defence that break the Trades description act. Can only end one way for me unfortunately. Hope I'm wrong though.

He has made massive mistakes these last two games, taking dunne from right back where he has been superb and putting him at left centre half where he’s just not good enough . Leaving us with underwhelming right backs when Fox could have slotted into his natural position. As for the rest of the team, a whole series of forward players who can’t keep the ball and keep running straight into the opposition

I think you're right fella.
That said, could you avoid posting yet another loss? I'll admit the gold kit makes it challenging, but with some prudent editing and suchlike, I am sure you can. Because if you think Marti is under pressure to get 'dubyas' you can bet your Wembley ass you are to.
No pressure, just f.....g do it!!

Some of them look completely devoid of confidence, but that is on MC who has continued to play too many offensive players. As soon as Colback, Varane, JCS and Chair are fully fit I imagine they will all go straight back in, but MC must change the style/formation. We are so open it's a joke.
Either the players, collectively, are ignoring MC, or they can't do it. I think I know which it is, and that's on MC.

Same position as last year nothings changed. I’m Sure our excellent chief exec and his friends will sort it out, poor call to not replace a striker with a striker
My old dad (bless him), when he was alive and i support what he said.....
When you wear red, its a colour of anger and passion, when you wear it with black it becomes an almost 'huge phsycological' advantage over white, or light blue, or, god forbit, Gold.
Hope I'm wrong but Charity Park Rangers has appeared again and what is worrying they are now gifting at away matches as well as at home. This season only 2nd half at Luton have we looked like a team wanting it, now we just roll over especially 2nd half.
