Do we? The trust and board seemed to fall for it, it was the EFL that have found they don't have the funds required.

You've also go to think that it's not been presented to the club either.
From the statement if it had been presented then the club would have said so in their statement.
The worry is that the EFL have not heard of Curran in any way. "Head of Compliance" isn't a junior role, it is the man that you have to impress to get the EFL test passed.
