Cameron/Phillips 15:57 - Jan 18 with 9474 views | RANGERS4EVER | Does Phillips have an agenda against Cameron or something? Sickening challenge last year, sickening challenge this year, both times Phillips gets up with a proud smirk on his face. Complete sc*m of a player. On par with El Hadj Diouf

Cameron/Phillips on 16:35 - Jan 18 with 6624 views | WrightUp5hit___ | I know that Cameron was really pi55ed off with last years effort by Phillips. Yes the tackle was naughty and kept him out for four months, but all the more angry because Phillips never apologised or got in touch afterwards. Which apparently is what "normally" happens in the game. No wonder he went ape shit at today's effort. Bit like when Cisse got sent off for objecting to Richard Johnson trying to amputate his leg just a few years after almost losing his leg in a similar tackle..

I was also told that story by a club employee 20 minutes after the game.

Good. Disgusting tackle and I wouldn’t have blamed Cameron if he’d decked him on the pitch (in fact I’d have enjoyed it). Twice in two seasons He’s a good player Phillips but an absolute c–t

Totally agree, but the sky lot spent the whole game saying what a likeable character he is. They looked a bit daft after that tackle. They did condemn it, but even then it was, he's a likeable player but...

Watched him from SAR as he went off the pitch at the end of the match, we thought he looked livid and hell-bent on revenge. I would have sent Phillips off for his haircut alone!
Cameron/Phillips on 17:25 - Jan 18 with 6279 views | Hunterhoop | Not that I’m Cameron’s biggest fan, far from it, but fair play to him. Phillips did him for 5 months last season and then that today. No wonder he’s livid. Also, other rumour is that, unlike what usually happens, last year Phillips failed to get in touch with Cameron to commiserate about his injury. Apparently if you put someone out for a while, you get in touch to wish them well, etc. Phillips never contacted him. Then you see that tackle. No wonder Cameron lost it. Hopefully he did get at him. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Last season he did Cameron at Elland Road as we all know. I think it was the very next Leeds game he did it again and was sent off and rightly so. So these divs saying 'hes not that sort of bloke' are talking $hite. Hes a pathetic specimen of a footballer. Both fouls on Cameron were snidey , cowardly and childish challenges as things weren't going his way. I said to friends before the game to keep an eye on Cameron as he vowed revenge last season (was it on the Open All R's podcast). Cameron stuck to the game plan and wasn't intimidated. I thought he was outstanding.

Exactly. He’s a nasty sort. There is being hard and physical, and there’s career ending tackles. Phillips is a coward who only had the latter in his locker, regardless of how good he is on the ball. Hopefully Cameron did belt him. Bloke needs to be held accountable. It was an awful challenge today. Cameron got lucky.
Cameron/Phillips on 18:16 - Jan 18 with 6000 views | BklynRanger | Been wondering that too. He had a good nibble at him earlier but nothing like that lunge. To do that again after injuring him so badly is mad. Phillips seems too young to have had that much history with him. Maybe Geoff slept with his mum? :)

They were very poor how they (the commentators) handled it. Didn't see the after game stuff so cannot comment on that.

Or the bloke is just a tw*t. Hides behind his studs and the media love in is misplaced. We’ll see. [Post edited 18 Jan 2020 18:23]

Very generous. Great we won. Absolutely delighted and on a high, but he got given the run around and was woeful in possession. Better second half, but this yard or two he’s lost from last year his showing.

" Kalvin ‘the Yorkshire Pirlo’ Philips has been imperious as ever but has slightly off the boil in recent weeks. Nevertheless he has caught the eye of Gareth Southgate, meaning he could be the first Leeds player to be called up to the England team in 16 years." Quoted from the preview interview with the Leeds fan. I think Gareth will be deleting his phone number.

Ridiculous. He’s a central midfielder playing in the 2nd tier. Miles off that level. How can any Leeds fans think that?! How can anyone think that?!
