Think the plans to replace Hill always lay internally.
BBM has been through every good & bad time we’ve had & has built an extensive network of contacts in the game which Hill grew to rely on.
Believe he is a very popular figure in the dressing room & has been groomed for this current situation.
If we beat Shrewsbury, Oxford & Accy I’d say he would be nailed on.
