A bit clunky but it work eventually for me, i came out and logged in again and it accepted the number of tickets required. |  | | |

It's not the best set up to be honest but here's how I did it.
1) Login
2) Select "Quick seats"
3) Select how many tickets you want (max 2)
4) Click the boxes for find stand (if applicable).
5) Find, select and pay.
We want two in the Sandy which it defaulted to, but if you want Pearl Street that might be more of a challenge! | |

Got mine for Pearl St and its selected seat rows and numbered seats for me, but on the e-mail confirmation it say the following “Please note all tickets are unreserved seating or standing”
I will be with my young son so don’t want to be separated. I will get there early just in case! Happy days. | | | |

Interesting way to drive use of the platform.
I hope that the club has got the details of people queuing up so they can be added to whatever database we hold.
If or when we get to having to do this every week, online is the way to go and it gives a bit of a mixed message when you sell just through any one channel as opposed to others.

It’s often preferable to suspend sales in one way or another when close to selling out. And by removing online it gives the club more control where people sit (can fill gaps with individuals rather than letting them break up groups of pick one in two empty seats next to each other. It’s not an uncommon way for ticket sales to work in any sport/event.
Also it means that there is less danger of those in a physical queue in the cold will get turned away as the last tickets go. | | | |
