The election results thread 19:10 - Jun 8 with 60502 views | exiledclaseboy | Polls close 10pm. BBC, ITV and SKY release the results of their joint exit poll also at 10pm. Some of you may remember election night two years ago when the exit poll predicted a Tory win. It was roundly ridiculed by politicians of all parties and most us on here. You could see Professor John Curtice (who oversees the poll) visibly wilting and wondering if he'd just wrecked his career and reputation. The same Prof Curtice got progressively more smug as the night rolled on and it turned out his poll was more or less spot on. First result due about 11pm. From Sunderland. The outcome may be a foregone conclusion but it should be exciting for about an hour or so. Get it stickied for 24 hours or so please, mods. Oh, and can someone keep Perch and Bluey away from sharp objects please. Just in case.

The election results thread on 21:43 - Jun 8 by exiledclaseboy | If you want the proper BBC coverage you'll have to move away from BBC1 Wales, which has a fairly pointless regional variation. BBC News channel is simulcasting the proper coverage. |
BBC 1 Wales = hours of waffle whilst the viewer (trampie) tries to decide if Leanne is sober and then thinks it doesn't really matter as she's a lovely and delightful drunk, you don't even need to hold her hair to keep it out of the vomit. But if she did need her hair held or indeed anything else held, Trampie would be delighted to oblige... Going with BBC1 London on Sky 954 as an alternative.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

The election results thread on 22:08 - Jun 8 with 1249 views | exiledclaseboy | If the Tories don't get a majority or even a smaller majority than they had then this ridiculous election would have been the worst political gamble for a century. F*cking hilarious.
