So it's now impossible for us to get 40 points - damn!

And completely irrelevant but well done to Ki for his performance on Sunday.

Daily Mail: "Swansea's Ki Sung-yueng was reported to be close to a big-money move to China in January, a deal that fell through when the 28-year-old suffered a broken toe. That's turned out a blessing for the Swans as the Korean midfielder has emerged as a key player in Paul Clement's fight for Premier League survival.

Ki was at the heart of Swansea's vital 1-0 win over Everton, playing more passes (46) in his 75 minutes on the pitch than any of his team-mates managed in 90, and also making the most tackles."

Ki did well certainly, earned a couple of fouls to help alleviate the pressure as well. If we beat Sunderland all the pressure is on hull to get a result against palace. I am for once feeling positive about this weekend.

More than just get a result, Palace becomes an absolute must win for Hull if we win at Sunderland. Goal difference and goals scored is too great now for them to realistically catch us in the tiebreaker.

Didn't we finish on 42 points last year? All this woe and anxiety over losing a single, measly point.

Yes, true. But my point is if we go down that road we've got the wrong MENTALITY.

We should aim high and not just to survive. Just an observation.

I understand what your saying.
I don't want to finish on 40 points.
I want as many as we can possibly achieve.

But this is tradition now.
