A British Journo wrote a book about FIFA in 2006.

I believe he was threatened with Court action by the top boy, he was also blacklisted by FIFA.
He welcomed the Court action, and said he would love it if they took him to Court, so bring it on.
Needless to say he called their bluff, they didn't want to go anywhere near a Court room.
You could argue that the European FA's, (us included) have only seen what they wanted to see during the last few years. (you'd probably be right)
