Very disappointing. I know that the 'Puel Out' sentiment will be gathering adherents and it has to be said that if we really are a top 6 chasing club it is surprising that we are putting up with this. The second half was painful today and all I hear from Puel is that we don't need to strengthen. If he really thinks that then he aint the man for the job.

I have been saying for a while that if our defensive strength deserted us we would be in big trouble. That run of 7pts out of 9 gave us breathing space but after today I am looking down rather than up the table. Almost certainly not relegation but are we one of the best 10 teams in this league? West Brom simply turned up, played competently and won. Once they were ahead the result was never in doubt. That isn't good enough - I am slowly moving to the view that maybe Puel is part of the problem. He needs to prove he is part of the solution quickly. A departure from two more cups and a loss to Everton and 'Puel Out' will spread to all but the ultra-loyalists. We can't keep explaining away the lack of entertainment and the puzzling selections + the total inability to break teams down.

Happy new year to everyone - it is after all only a game!!!

Just read that Puel says you have to rotate because you can't expect players to play two games in three days, give me the money they make and l think l could show up twice a week to kick a freaking ball around, what the heck has happened to our work ethic anyway

Is it Puel's real view or is he the board's mouthpiece with the China takeover talks in progress.

Really don't understand leaving Bertrand out, strange team selection once again. This is really getting old,l don't think Puel has a clue what his best eleven is.How long before we are in big trouble l don't know but it is starting to look bleak.
Saints traveling fans deserve so more than this, l think this manager has to go but l can't see that happening, sorry for all the doom and gloom but after 6yrs a fan of our beloved Saints this is getting hard to swallow.

Apparently, according to Puel, JWP is more useful than Tadic, Davis or Clasie.

wow, how sad is it that this was so predictable? Can't score, give up one goal, collapse into a heap.
