How am I going to manage to fit in a 2 hour walk from Liverpool st to loftus rd for a 12.30 ko and sink a couple in the white horse?
Bloody ridiculous scheduling.

What a shameful record of greed and incompetence spread over 14 years.I hope every b@stard one of them end up with p45’s by Saturday morning.
My post has just arrived with two identical letters personally addressed to me from our local prospective Tory candidate. They can’t even get that right, and if they’ve sent me the same letters, how many others have received similar duplicate mail?
I have two letters for them too,FO.

Farage has been trying to reform British politics for at least 10-15 years and what has he achieved apart from Brexit?
The same people who voted for UKIP will follow him and vote for reform but we won’t reform anything as it will be just a protest vote if anyone bothers to put their cross for his candidates.Although he might go close in Clacton.

To be fair there weren’t round of 16 games to win in most of those previous 50 years, and that’s where a few of Southgate’s 7 wins have come from.

A lot of previous winners of the Euros haven’t had the same quality players that we have in this current squad, but Southgate needs to find a way to allow them to play as a team capable of actually winning something.

I’d like to have seen the 2 bouncers on the door of the White Horse stopping that lot from coming in,and asking for their match tickets.

If you think back to the 60’s,this generation in power now were the people who were going to change the world according to Bob Dylan.
Some change eh.

Does that mean that we might get Biden back running in 4 years time if he loses?

And those 25 million weren’t all Russians as it was the Soviet Union back then and the red army was made bigger by citizens of countries that are now independent.

But they’ve been in government for 14 years and for the first 8 of those the personal allowance rose by nearly 90%,but the rise for the next 8 is less than 10%.
Also,it depends on which report you read about literacy rates. The independent says that literacy rates have fallen since 2017,as does the Guardian.
Sorry but I’m not clever enough to do links, but they’re all there on the web to find.

So personal allowance has gone up £1070 in 9 years dragging even more low paid workers into paying tax for the first time. And that’s a plus point for them?

I thought Biden would serve a year or two and then quietly step aside and let the American public get used to a woman president before her standing on her own this time. How wrong was I?She has been very quiet during the last 3 1/2 years.
God help us all if Trump storms to victory again.

Literacy rates are falling according to the Independent, with 30% of 5 year olds falling behind in their expected reading age in 2022/23 compared to only 27% in 2018/19.
Gay marriage is hardly something that the tories achieved on their own.Personal allowances have been frozen for 2 years, and are not going to rise for another 3 to 4 years, but we still have the highest tax burden in 75 years.
The winter fuel allowance was a necessity,or even more of the population would be in poverty.
The furlough scheme saved a lot of jobs, but the amount of money lost in dodgy ppe contracts handed out to their friends cost almost as much. That’s without the money paid out to scammers with bogus companies.
I’m not saying that Labour would’ve done much different to what the tories did,but this will the 1st government in history to leave the people worse off than when they took office.

Most services in this country are on their knees and the country is broken. The only people who have benefited from the last 14 years are the mega rich who have seen their wealth increase while the majority of the country has struggled.

Curran has been on the wane for the last couple of years, and he’s now a liability in T20 cricket. We didn’t deserve to win the game and were outclassed in both batting and bowling today, but at least it was settled on the pitch instead of being rained off.

That game was even better as my daughter got picked as mascot for the day and we all got free tickets. The one and only time my Mrs came to a game with me.
She said she was embarrassed by my antics at the final whistle towards the chelshite fans around us.
It was also embarrassing for me too as I saw Marcus Bignot walking down the stairs before the game and I promptly told my family who it was. When he got to the bottom of the stairs he said out loud,”I’m Clarke Carlisle actually.”
It rarely gets mentioned now, only once a week now by the Mrs.
