The same man who said our away following was pathetic earlier on this season. Now Bury are in the same boat suddenly it's different and the excuses start flowing. I wish their recent attendances and form would add abit of humility to their lives, but it won't. Get Saturday out of the way, get to 50 points and hopefully they'll just pester Bolton next season. |

Can you point out a game that has ever finished bang on 90 minutes? I.E. no extra time etc. I've never been to a football match and not heard the words "there will be a MINIMUM of x amount of minutes" |

What's Burys recent away form been like? Say.... Past 6/7 games? |

Let's just remember what Bury fans think an atmosphere should be at a football game. Throwing coins Throwing flares and smoke bombs Trying to fight the opposition then take it out on each other when they fail. An unfunny banner held up by a group of mincers with comb overs So yeah, our atmosphere is shite compared to that! |

Everyone was searched when I arrived. I couldn't be bothered arguing today and the steward was pretty decent so I just let it be. I know someone who wrote a letter to Colin Garlick and apparently the club cannot search women. Does anyone have an idea why that might be? They are searching people on the grounds of terrorism. So if anyone wants to smuggle something into Spotland, just send your wife. [Post edited 30 Jan 2016 17:59]

I'll answer that last point for you, TVOS. It was in the Bury Times quoted from Big Stewie. Just like I said before, he'll believe anything that comes out chubbys mouth. #bottom4budget #wepayourbills #internationalscouts [Post edited 29 Jan 2016 21:41]

And this says it all. Actually considering selling Burys pride and joy to pay off their debts so they can have an ego trip for a few seasons by spending money they don't have. Please stop posting on here. You make my skin crawl |

If you want any idea of what Stefan "I hate that fat Bolton c*nt" Camps is like then just have a look on the @Burymongspotters Twitter page. He is a regular on there. I'm sure everyone has noticed that he does not answer a single question you put to him and he's completely taken in by what Big Stewie is doing at Bury, he believes everything that comes out of his mouth. If chubby said the Last Supper was Milky Bars and Bury black pudding he'd believe it. The ultimate Mong [Post edited 29 Jan 2016 15:22]

BarryStrange was right, you don't care about our attendances. Stefan, maybe Bury at home isn't the Cup Final you seem to think it is? It certainly isn't to me. |

Why do you lot take the piss out of Dales attendances, regardless of the circumstances, yet always have a list of excuses for when yours are poor? Get outnumbered by Bradford - "great more money" Shit attendance against Crewe - "it's the weather". Some of you even had the audacity to laugh at Bradford "only" having 6 thousand last Tuesday for the FA cup in another unnattractive fixture. Said it before, I'll say it again, you lot are deluded be11ends |

What is our average gate this season? Can you google that for me and post your findings on here? Leon Clarke will have earnt more in goal bonuses on Saturday than Henderson does in a week. Is your name Stefan by any chance? |

It's amazing how people have different views on things. I thought these searches were in place to try and prevent people entering the stadium with flares, fireworks or a portion of chips and gravy. Whereas you seem to think they are designed to prevent people walking in wearing a suicide vest. You keep referencing the attacks in Paris as if it has any correlation with Spotland. I don't remember there being a mass search for Charlie Hebdo, or the attacks in Tunisa or even the attacks in London? (although that was a long time ago for me to remember too well). I think we all understand why searches are done, we all have our own opinion on why they are needed, but its how you conduct them that is the problem. The club cannot search everyone, so the stewards choose who they are going to target and that is where the discrimination comes in and the main reason this thread started and the reason it's annoying me. Going back to your slightly racist comment about the virgins, if you believe these searches are an effort to prevent terrorism, then why don't the club only search Muslims?...... or would that be classed as discrimination? Going by your logic I should be searched when going to the library, or going to ASDA or fueling up my car etc etc etc. Just so long as we all feel safe. Your last paragraph epitomises my problem with it all. There is no strategy to these searches, they are sporadic at best. There are a large number of people who dont get searched and its probably those not chosen for search that set off that 1 firecracker against Bury (1 incident in the home stands this season that I know of). But the question is why was they not searched? Is it the way they look? Do the steward have a certain type of person they want to target? If that is it then that is discrimination. I think that because I am a young, white male I get targeted most game because I fit the bill of a "hooligan". That pisses me off enough at away games but I can let it go because you are only there once and it isnt worth arguing about. But at Spotland I am there a minimum of 23 times a season and after consecutive search number 4 I am really getting fed up of it. Is searching me for the 10th time, whilst an innocent looking 40 year old gets through, going to prevent trouble? Fleetwood is going to be the last test for me. If I am singled out again then I'll give my season ticket away and work Saturdays. I'd rather be discriminated for working in Yorkshire than some muppet in a hi-vis! [Post edited 12 Jan 2016 11:37]

I'm glad you keep bumping this thread, 442. Give credit where credit it is due, the effort put into searching people outside the TDS was the most thorough so far, but overall it's till inconsistent, unprofessional and a real pain in the arse. I didn't see anyone searched going into Sandy Lane and now you've said no one was searched at the Main Stand, so why all the extra effort at the TDS? As I stood in the queue (caused by the searches) it looked like they was going to do everybody, but then I noticed they was letting various people through for no obvious reason. The guy to my right was doing the frisks as quickly as he could but the guy I had was practically giving people a medical. So when it was my turn I asked him why they aren't searching everyone, told him this was my 4th consecutive search and that he wasn't touching me. He told me they are trying their best (an outright lie)and that I should write a letter to the club so I think I might. The letter will explain that my season ticket renewal will be going in the bin if this carries on. A big thumbs up for the club for managing to piss off its most loyal supporters. |
