Yes John - and Farage/Johnson picked the polar opposite route for the UK by telling a bunch of lies. Should be jailed like any CEO who told lies would be.
That is correct in that it accurately decribes the story to date.
That said the world you are born into or grow up in does not fix any boundaries for the future. Thats for us and the generations who come after us to determine. Its all to play for.
In fact Wales has seen the largest increase in people who would support Indy jumping from 10% to over 30% over the last 10 years. And with greater support in the younger age groups. That will not have gone unnoticed at Westminster.
If Labour does not deliver for Wales with Labour in power in both Westminster and Cardiff Bay then the arguement against Indy gets weaker and weaker. Starmer is a progressive and a huge improvement on Johnson and his cabinet of fools. But Starmer is a unionist to his boots and will try to ignore Wales.

As somebody once said ‘Wales has been a little too way behaved’ recently. They were not talking about physical force republicanism here, but rather just standing up for Wales when needed. HS2 is the best worst example followed by the Crown Estate, or even a simple ask like a St Davids day BH.
Plaid would offer that grit that Labour might respect a little more. Wales is currently a walkover for the London elites. Has been for years.
Wayne Rooney is a bloke - i am told - and was not (yet) very good as a manager. What generalisations can we read into that ?
Main thing, only thing , is suitability for the job, unless of course its Nathan Jones from Charlton …. Obviously … he is a strange one for me ….. and a blueturd ….
