who the hell in their right mind would want the job at this circus. - precisely!
club's on life support, new stadium is wishful thinking, owners are still following covid protocols and working from home and to top that, you've got to answer to someone who's technical appears to have come from the PlayStation.
I would be very apprehensive about coming here. |

i think people in general have become disillusioned with the modern game, it is no longer the release that the working class masses once sought.
I only ever went for the social side of things, if we win it's a bonus, if we don't i refuse to take it too personally - life is too short! Let em all fall on their own swords. |

for those of you that regularly attend away games, has it generally got friendlier ? ie if you behave like an adult, you will be treated like an adult or do you still have to be wary of what pubs you go into etc. |

if a 26yr old with little or no experience, has been sharp enough to walk his way into the position of a ceo at a significant football club, i suspect he already knows employment law inside and out and would be very expensive or very difficult to get rid of.
As a compromise, the owners need to be encouraged to create a new role removing some of the responsibilities that currently fall within his role. |

Recently read 'All quiet on the Western Front', currently reading '100 years on... The British in the First World War'. When you begin to appreciate just how brutal and often suicidal that conflict was, i wouldn't describe it as a war, is was more like a sacrifice |
