2010 … Uncle Neil’s Rs 3 up after half an hour at Bramall Lane. Home crowd calling for Kevin Blackwell’s head (Warnock’s old assistant) and they soon got their wish. Very early in the season that one … third league game? My main memory of that day is a rare quality performance and goal from Hogan Ephraim that wasn’t against a team of West Country part-timers. |

A grudge against Northampton? For seemingly being glued to our League Cup ball around 20 years ago (painful) took at least 5 years for the adhesive to wear off.
A grudge compendium would make a good thread.

With hindsight I would have taken runners-up spot as long as it came with the consolation prize of poaching Dave Thomas off them. I believe he received 2 (TWO) medals that season. He was a winner and a runner-up. |

I’ve read we’re currently the best in form home team in all 4 leagues. I couldn’t say if any one else has done 5 at home in a row this season but Gary Waddock & Albert Adomah’s Walsall (as everyone’s calling them) could equal it on Saturday.

75/76 (but of course) we did 9 straight home wins from Boxing Day till the end of the season.
