Except that it’s not, is it? Unless The Guardian has recently written an article on Paul Golding calling him a hero of our time that I’ve missed? You’ve tried to be a bit too clever when my post was very simple, if the thought of a POTUS, who was contemporary to the Nazis, retweeting or legitimising the views of that individual or group would make you feel uncomfortable then you should probably feel the same way about the current, actual POTUS retweeting and legitimising the views of an actual neo-nazi and neo-nazi organisation. |

In that case the official account of how and why the twin towers collapsed stands. WTC 7, okay, why? Did the CIA/US Government, knowing that there was going to be an attack on WTC 1 & 2, think that the case for war could be made stronger if they destroyed WTC 7 for shits & giggles? |

9/11 unanswered questions by Ebo on 13:24 - Jul 20 Doesn't explain the molten metal found underneath weeks later though does it? Jet fuel doesn't do that. This is science not a conspiracy FFS 9/11 unanswered questions on 13:53 - Jul 20 by Ebo The answer is simple Lisa - power, control and greed. It's not the first time a government has let stuff happen to get the public scared and which in turn lets them do what they want. Do you think Iraq would have happened if 9/11 had not happened? Maybe in the future but certainly not in that time period but you can bet your life that they would let an 'event' go unnoticed in order to justify an invasion. The CIA had the hijackers watched for months but did nothing? Why is that? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry I'm confused now. So was it something other than 2 massive commercial airliners with full fuel tanks smashing in to the twin towers that caused them to collapse, e.g, controlled demolition, top secret thermite based technology etc? Or was it the CIA and US Government deliberately allowing the terrorist attacks to go ahead that caused the towers to collapse but also gave Bush jr. the perfect opportunity to go war? Or was it a happy coincidence that on the day that the super-secret CIA mass death squad just happened to have rigged up a load of experimental explosives in the WTC the group of terrorists the CIA were allowing to commit an atrocity decided to go through with their attack? |

It's not even turkeys voting for Christmas. It's turkeys voting for Christmas round Bernard Matthews' house and shoving handfuls of Paxo up their own arseholes before they get there. And all for no more reason than they don't like ducks. |

Climate change isn't used instead of global warming both terms are still used because they refer to different things. Increased emissions of greenhouse gases are causing global temperatures to rise, this global warming is causing changes to the climate globally with more extreme weather events becoming more common. It's not an either/or thing. But if you'd rather think that all of the climate scientists around the world had a meeting and said "Sh!t, they're on to us! Best stop using global warming now and just use climate change instead cos that sh!t's inevitable" then crack on. |

Fair play Tramps only you could accuse Labour of being a Zionist party while they are holding an inquiry into whether there is an institutional antisemitism problem within party. |

We'll obviously what with "holding the government to account" being item number one on the leader of the opposition's job description. |

Really Trampie? Lets recap. Wednesday: Plaid, UKIP and Tories take coordinated action in the Senedd to elect Leanne Wood as First Minister. UKIP tells press they held talks with Plaid on Monday. Thursday: Labour says they are willing to hold talks with Plaid. Plaid say they only informed parties they were nominating Leanne Wood. 2 UKIP members offer Carwyn Jones support if they can influence policy Labour announce that they are not willing to speak to UKIP Friday: Andrew RT Davies tells of 3 rounds of substantial talks between 2 Plaid AMs and 2 Tory AMs that led to actions on Wednesday. Labour and Plaid agree that a First Minister will be elected next week but talks will continue on Monday. So who has been talking to UKIP and the Tories? I'll give you a clue the answer is somewhere in those words above. |

Andrew RT Davies has just said that there were substantial talks between the Tories and Plaid to deliver a coordinated action, Neil Hamilton has said the same. What is another word for different parties holding discussions and agreeing to coordinate their actions? |

I didn't see the leaders debate but picking up on your comments about Kirsty Williams, speaking as a card carrying Labour member, I think it would be to the massive detriment of the Assembly if she wasn't returned on May 6th. She is definitely one of the more competent AMs and has often provided a stronger opposition to the government than the Tories and Plaid combined. If there is going to be some sort of coalition in place I hope that enough Lib Dems survive so that they can make up the numbers. I'd much rather see KW have the portfolio for health or education than see Leanne Wood have any kind of ministerial role. |

Really? Most of the the top architects and structural engineers in the US disagree? Are you sure you don't mean some out of all of the architects and engineers in America? How many of the 2500 that signed that petition are Pritzker Prize winners? Or are heads of leading international architecture firms? Or are professors at MIT, Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Caltech etc.? Or have designed something more impressive than a 3 bed detached house? |

It's all so obvious mun: Larry Silverstein needed to get rid of asbestos in the WTC and didn't want to pay for it and he also fancied a big compo payout. The US Government wanted a conflict in the Middle East to control the oil fields. After much head scratching and chin stroking between the 2 parties, where ridiculous ideas like turning a blind eye to illegal asbestos dumping or stoking up tensions in the Middle East through allied countries in the region etc. were roundly rejected, they came up with the only plausible plan: fill the World Trade Centre full of explosives; smash 2 commercial jets into the building and then blow it up to ensure that thousands, not hundreds, of people die. There was just one problem, if they only did that then it would be pretty obvious to everyone that it was a Silverstein/Government asbestos removal/Middle East war scheme. But these schemers were smarter than your average bear and they knew that all they had to do to convince the sheeple was to fill another building near the twin towers up with explosives and blow that up a little bit later and also fire a missile into the Pentagon and say it was another commercial jet sh!ts and giggles and they would be home and dry. And they would have got away with it too if it hadn't been for the dozy demolition man saying "pull it" on national television. |

Labour membership has doubled to almost 400,000 in the last year with huge numbers of young people becoming politically active in the Labour movement for the first time in a generation and Labour are leading national polls for the first time in god knows how long as well. But of course that's only happening because their families have always voted Labour and their politically apathetic, and Thatcher, and put a donkey in a red rosette and they would just have to weigh the votes mun and blah, blah, blah. |

2 maybe 3 pages later and still no one has provided any actual evidence? Lots of people have listed lots of projects that have happened/are happening in Cardiff but little in the way of how Welsh Government are funding them and whether the level of investment is disproportionate or not. Is WG directly funding all activity in Cardiff and surrounding areas? Are they part funding projects in partnership with Cardiff City council/UK government/private sector? Are they offering loans? Are they offering tax breaks, land deals etc. to businesses in Cardiff that they are not offering to the rest of Wales? What is the actual level of WG spending per capita in Cardiff in comparison to the rest of Wales? |

So, to summarise, the US Government, working in conjunction with Larry Silverstein, coordinated the mass murder of thousands of it's own people using a scheme so ridiculously complex Dick Dastardly could have been behind it because Silverstein didn't fancy getting Cuddy in to remove the asbestos in the building, nick some gold bars, cover up the Enron and to give more power to FEMA. Is that correct? You are saying that the US Government in partnership with Larry Silverstein spent the first 9 months of the Bush administration devising and implementing a scheme that would see thousands of tons of thermite and TNT installed into the twin towers and WTC7, finding 4 pilots willing to hijack a plane and then sacrifice their own lives for this plot but 1 pilot wouldn't have to because the government were just going to make it look like he did and fire a missile into the Pentagon instead to save on the cost of asbestos removal and to get a nice compo payout. That was the best plan that the US Government and Larry Silvestein could come up with? One that could have been scuppered at any time if just one contractor installing the thermite and TNT had said, "Hmmm, I seem to be installing an unusually high amount of thermite and TNT in this building while thousands of people are still in the building working perhaps I should tell someone of my concerns?" Or if one of the thousands of people working in the building at the time had noticed the unusually high levels of explosives being laid in their offices. Or if the plane hijackers were overpowered and never made it to WTC. Tell me, are you familiar with Occam's Razor at all? |

"Reputable scientists" - arf! "Peer reviewed"- chortle! "Forensically proven" - guffaw! Steven Jones is/was a physicist specialising in cold fusion, this does not make him a "reputable scientist" in the fields of structural or civil engineering. Just because someone is a professor it doesn't make them an expert in every single subject known to man and in the case of Steven Jones' rag tag bunch of 'experts' most of the professors aren't even scientists let alone engineers. I wouldn't want a professor of philosophy to build me a bridge. After publishing his first 9/11 paper Steven Jones was put on paid leave and investigated by his university because it was not convinced that his analyses and hypotheses had been submitted to relevant scientific venues that would ensure rigorous technical peer review. |
