Relax.
Jack Stephens missed the Everton cup game - and we won.
He then missed the Ipswich league game - which we drew (but should have won).
He'll miss his final game against Bournemouth - I can see a draw Monday night.
After that, Captain Jack's ban is lifted... just in time for Arsenal away. |

Corberan has a £2m release clause which is tiny in the grand scheme of things.
SR will already know that of course. WBA will want to increase that ASAP if the Baggies keep playing like they are.

1-1 at HT and it's all a bit so so.
Nice header from the skipper to level things up. Ryan Fraser looked out best player until the tvvat clobbered him. AA has been hopeless and has even managed to get himself booked through his own frustration at being sh1t. Change him at HT for Stewart.
And while I'm at it... is there a more negative player than Bree? Always passes it sideways or backwards and never down the wing.
Lallana is playing well, I'll give him that. He won't last the 90-minutes though & I would be tempted to save him for Saturday's more important game.
We might just get out of this yet with a win... if RM has the cojones to make the right changes. |
