Here's a Scania comic strip form the "Scandinavia and the World" comic strip site you linked to, since the Swans are playing in Scania, the southernmost province of Sweden that used to belong to Denmark.
The Scania flag is red with a yellow cross - a combination of the Danish and Swedish flags.

You'll probably see MalmÃ¶ fans waving this red and yellow flag rather than the Swedish blue and yellow flag. So now you know what this flag is, if you were not familiar with it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scania
