seems like they couldn't agree a fixture for bangkok...but are now playing one in KL - as someone pointed out on another earlier thread it seemed a bit silly to go all that way and not play in the capital of malaysia (albeit Shah Alam is a suburb / satelite to KL).

Out of interest, anyone thinking of going on this tour?

From a footballing point of view what will this be like?

Better than Cornwall?

Leeds are off there this year

i'd love to go too but in a similar position...if it becomes an annual event then maybe next year...and hopefully bangkok will be on the roster then as well...would be a great trip if a few travelled from london...

probably won't be able to answer that till the tour has been and gone, ultimately you sense this is more for commercial reasons rather than football, but if that helps to fund the club then i'm sure most fans would settle for that... All that said, it's not like we played world beaters down in cornwall.

Good news that Bangkok is off and KL is on!

I'll hopefully be up to the KL game as its only 1 hr up the motorway. Best local hotel to use is the Holiday Inn at Glen Marie - check out reviews on Tripadvisor. But if you are coming over from the Uk and prefer to stay in KL for a few nights either stay at Traders or Intercontinental or Crown Plaza.

Will be the cheapest I have paid for a ticket to see QPR in the past 25yrs:)

I wonder if the Thailand leg of the trip was cancelled after someone from the club read timcocking's warnings on LFW about knife-weilding ladyboys?

Actually thinking of popping across for the KL game, but may be a bit tricky workwise.
