I cannot believe how many of our fans he has duped into thinking he is some kind of one in a million manager who could never be replaced. Two average seasons with a couple good moments, alongside some utterly atrocious ones. Numerous displays of tactical ineptitude and a ego so large as to wait 24 games to change anything.

They conveniently forget that with virtually the same set of players, he had from February on, he mustered just 16 points from a possible 63 .. but that must have been the Americans fault … my RRRs Fact is he should have knuckled down with the squad and trusted his players. Instead he messed about with positions, starters, tactics, formations … our final 9 games proved the players were more than capable.
