No sign of any of the injured players except Amos in the training gallery. Can't see past a 0-3 here unfortunately.

I'm thinking forget today, 2 wins from the following 3 after that, would nearly do it.

Leaving us to get one point from the final 7 games, which even we should mange somehow.

Of course the difficult part is getting those two wins in the next 3/4 games!

I really hope we, the Manager, Coaches, Supprt, and most important the players, are not thinking "forget today"! The longer it takes to get a win the more desperate we are likely to become as we sink closer to that 22nd spot, and with the worse form in the league. Blackpool and Brum aren't going to be easier games than Watford, they'll be fighting for survival.

Yep fair enough, that was bit Harry bonus game like I admit!

As you say any momentum, at the moment, maybe a flukey goal or a dire 0-0, would help with the following 3 games.

On my way to the Masochists Convention.

Expecting a 3 in the score, some light relief obtained via a pre match sausage, mash and a Peroni or two.

Well, for all our present worries it's still a Saturday 3PM at a pretty much sold out Loftus Road.

As another poster pointed out, this is the (naively) optimistic part of the week where you try to remember what it feels like to win a game and convince yourself that feeling could return in a couple of hours.

Getting rather too used to leaving early, not seen the final whistle of a home game since Swansea - so let's at least try to give ourselves building blocks to get a result.

Getting the first goal, not conceding around HT and with stupid errors...

Take a point, COYRs.

Once again, fair play to everyone going today. It would be nice to hear the just backs telling of acts of sporting heroism, everyone giving 100%, of team cohesion looking good, and things working out for us. A draw would be amazing, but progress on the long road back to being a functioning football team would be marvellous.
It takes no pundit skills or audacity to predict 1-3.

Not a great team other than Lyndon though. Still no sign of any of the injured defence, Richards and Sinclair both on the bench after they both played well last week is a bit disappointing.

Drewe's long throws could come in handy with Martin and Lyndon both in the box

The boy had pneumonia! I'd be surprised if he runs about over much. Hopefully he'll have a great game, but it makes my chest hurt thinking about it.

Agreed. Richards not starting is just plain odd, best player on the pitch by a mile last week (shoelace gate aside). Dear oh Dickie.

Sorry, but how can Dickie play? Top defender and works hard but his confidence is clearly down with Captain Nemo atm. Why do this to him?

Good players need short breaks out the team sometimes (even on the bench).

I want to be positive about that teamsheet - but comprehensive defeat is utterly certain.

Great example by Dykes. Came back from pneumonia and STILL comes back before the likes of Balogun who probably stubbed his toe or something.

2 weeks ago Gaz said we might be surprised by some early comebacks, still waiting.

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

Something to keep an eye on is that Watford striker Keinan Davis is starting and hasn't scored since October.
