as i've been to all the grounds in our division, i usualy pick out a couple for a weekend/few days.
praying we get blackpool last game, so it cant be changed.
and first away game i would'nt mind swansea or cardiff, good old places for a good night out.

as I am away for the opening day I am thrilled to be missing such a crap one

Norwich, Millwall and Blackpool all midweek is a bit crap and Cardiff on Boxing day

WTF is it with QPR and fixtures by the seaside? Last time I saw us play in Brighton … either a midweek, or a December, or both, a Brighton fan was trying to tell me you’ll never see a London club in Brighton at the weekend as the police insist on it. The following Saturday Brighton’s visitors were Fulham. In addition to that the London teams in the Prem always seem to be visiting Brighton at the weekend. From which I deduce two things … 1) the Ruperts don’t count. 2) the Sky TV/ Premier League axis of effluence are more powerful than the police.

So to this season and the Championship. We visit Blackpool on a Tuesday night in mid-March whereas Millwall visit Blackpool at the very end of April … on a Saturday. Oh I do like to be beside the fcuking sea!

Yes I know boo-hoo-hoo not fair and you stick your candy-floss up your arrse.

I may do Sunderland and Swansea in early September is also tempting. No doubt they’ll both be moved to Friday evening or 12 o clock Sunday or something ridick.

Yeah went up there what, 15 years ago? Drew 2-2, crackers from Furlong and Rowlands, deserved to win. Beautiful weather that weekend, went on Seaburn beach, just lovely.

That is literally over the road to my home and where I walk the dog each day. It's a beautiful seafront though subject to strong winds. I hope there'll be many QPR supporters enjoying a sunny August weekend at Roker.

So who was there last time we played at Blackburn first game of the season?

Shearer dived for the winning penalty (surprise) and Tim Flowers cheated us out of an equaliser.

Think the rest of that season turned out OK though?

I suppose the last 3 home games in Aug are very winnable.

Post WC through to 10th April feels on balance okay. Incredibly tough run in, as you say.

Really hope the Stoke home game moves as I’m getting married that day.

Congratulations / My Sympathies :)

I'm missing the first home game again this year because of my wedding anniversary. Bloody marriage!

Only short trips are Millwall, Reading, Watford & Luton.
Hope you all enjoy M1/M6

Anyone know when the sky fixtures are released?

Got a decent price for Sunderland

Watford and Sunderland should hopefully hoover up a few of the games we were doing last season, as will Norwich.

If Bale does go to Cardiff, Sky will fewmin' they didn't pick Cardiff v Norwich.

Bare bones.

I had a feeling our record at Blackburn is somewhat akin to our record at Forest and, yep: last won there in 1999 and the 11 games since have yielded two draws and 9 defeats. Is the prediction competition open yet?

That is the crappest, most boring and unlookingforwardto bunch of fixtures I have had the misfortune of waking up early for.

Roll on May.

went there when we beat them 2-0, ramsey in charge.
had a little walk along that sea front up towards south shields, february it was, the biting wind and cold was unbelievable.
had to stop off in a lovely seafood place called latimers.
naked cod and chips.....superb.
