THE FAMILY ROSE / Why Darrell Rose MUST fail the EFL owners test (part 2) 22:30 - Jul 29 with 12422 views | RAFCBLUE | Tonight's post is only possible due to disclosures made in the last seven days by Alexander Jarvis of Blackbridge Sports. Its a long one.... here goes..... The Morton House model; £2 share capital companies that do not have a long shelf life before being dissolved appear to be a dinner table theme for the Rose Family in recent years. Darrell Rose (born June 1964) is married to DEBORAH JOY ROSE (born December 1963) DEBORAH has a range of appointments: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search?q=deborah+joy+ They have a large number of children: LEE ANTHONY ROSE (born July 1979) - loves to sell a good watch https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=Lee RYAN ROSE (born February 1981) https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=Rya LYNDSEY DIXON (nee Rose) (born August 1985) https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/0lwd3GhJnGDp OLIVER PAUL ROSE (born February 1986) https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=oli KELLY ANN PARKES (nee ROSE) (born October 1987) https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=kel Not limited to the kids, there are jobs for the son-in-laws: DEAN DIXON (born October 1984): https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=dea THOMAS PARKES (born July 1987): https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/OhOeGouotgFB Questions: 1) Can any of them play left back? 2) Where are all of these companies from and why do they need them? 3) How do so many children cover up so many operations for the mastermind? Darrell doesn't own much. He owns a payroll company now (Morton House) following the chicanery of late filing. What's really interesting is how intertwined the Rose children are with the Curran children. They go on holidays together, each others weddings and work alongside each other across various business interests. The biggest question that comes out again and again is WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM? There is not anything across all of these people that says that they have the funds to pay £5m for the football club. They offer payroll services, construction, watches, energy sales, insurance sales, website sales but nothing to do with football. A number of them follow Sheffield United. Understandable given they are embedded across Doncaster, Sheffield, Worksop, Rotherham and Retford. [Post edited 29 Jul 2021 22:34]

THE FAMILY ROSE / Why Darrell Rose MUST fail the EFL owners test (part 2) on 23:38 - Jul 29 with 9915 views | James1980 | It speaks volumes to me that considering we all know who is attempting the take over. None of those intent in buying up shares have gone public that they are trying to buy Rochdale AFC. No attempt to get fans onside with tales of a ride we can enjoy Nothing about a global scouting network The Infamous Five haven't attempted to sell this buyout to the fans on here or twitter

THE FAMILY ROSE / Why Darrell Rose MUST fail the EFL owners test (part 2) on 00:24 - Jul 30 with 9831 views | Sandyman | Brilliant work again Poirot, erm, Morse, erm RAFCBLUE. The attempted purchase of RAFC by this lot (from evidence given over recent weeks) looks as un-Kosher as it is possible to be. Surely it is impossible for the EFL to sanction these people to get involved in an EFL club? If they allow such a thing to happen, given the evidence they must know, the EFL is finished as a credible organisation. And the fall out of that affects another 71 clubs as well. Let the sharks in here, it's a.n.other club next and the EFL will have to allow such a takeover to remain consistent and beyond prosecution. EFL - Dither and delay does not help you, RAFC , or the other 71 clubs. Grasp the nettle and deny this implausible bid for one of your clubs. If you can't see these mercenary sharks for what they are.... resign your positions with immediate effect. You may end up as individuals with almost as bad a name as *spits* David Bottomley *spits*. Wouldn't wish that on anybody.
THE FAMILY ROSE / Why Darrell Rose MUST fail the EFL owners test (part 2) on 09:33 - Jul 30 with 9460 views | NorthernDale | Darrell Rose - director of Morton House Management - capital and reserves, after liabilities is just £121,000. DEBORAH has a range of appointments: Director of LKC Motors, was a director with Darrel of LKC Motor services (dissolved) and is also a Director of Pro-works (a motor services business - address c/o LKC Motors) Their children: LEE ANTHONY ROSE (born July 1979) - enough posted already. RYAN ROSE (born February 1981) - was a director of Wind Europe (resigned) LYNDSEY DIXON (nee Rose) (born August 1985) - A director of Rose Developments (assets £425,000,it as also 3 satisfy charge attached charges attached to the business) with her husband and Dad (Darrell) OLIVER PAUL ROSE (born February 1986) - it would appear he is a director with Lee of a watch company, assets £5,800, it would seem that he is also a director of 'One Call Insurance Group' - this company seems to holds shares in Mansfield Town FC, in the accounts of 'under other group companies (Dec) 2019 it loaned them £517,000 and the club repaid £413,000, remaining debt was £100,000) . It would also appears that he is also a director of a dormant company. KELLY ANN PARKES (nee ROSE) (born October 1987) - former director of Rose Developments What a family, they are just another version of Steve Dale, the companies they are involved have limited assets.

My understanding is that they haven't yet submitted any details so there is nothing that the EFL can do at present......they have made an agreement to buy shares but don't own them yet.
THE FAMILY ROSE / Why Darrell Rose MUST fail the EFL owners test (part 2) on 10:21 - Jul 30 with 9313 views | 49thseason | If the EFL were to allow this lot to acquire a league football club, they would be guilty of bringing their own game into disrepute. One can only imagine the lawsuit that fans would bring against the EFL.. They fine clubs that break their rules, I cant see a court being impressed by them breaking their own rules. I dont see the other 71 clubs being impressed either. These sort of situations are the things that make or break organisations who pose as governing bodies and enjoy the perks but that dont want to get mud on their shoes when the going gets tough. We shall see, they should know we are watching carefully. We also need to start creating links to other club's Trusts and supporters groups and setting up mechanisms to stop this sort of nonsense before it starts.

Excellent post 49th season! Rivalries are for Saturdays (and Tuesdays) for calling each others teams sh*& and having footy singing banter, but the rest of the time should be spent protecting each other and working together for the clubs we love. That is unless the EFL takes a stance and allows no more chancers in from now on. Given the demise of Bury, the massive debts at Bolton to name but 2 recent high profile cases the Football League clubs are watching closely how our hostile takeover plays out. And in addition to it playing out, how much the EFL show their teeth (should they have develpoed some post Bury. If this takeover by these absolute no marks is allowed, football is over at our level. I suspect that the EFL know this and the times of sitting with heads in the sand is over. Were watching!!! | | | | Login to get fewer ads
THE FAMILY ROSE / Why Darrell Rose MUST fail the EFL owners test (part 2) on 10:50 - Jul 30 with 9202 views | NorthernDale | With their business history and clear lack of funds, how can the EFL even consider them as suitable owners and this also applies to Mr Alex Curran. If you examine the number of business created and dissolved, then questions must be asked, how have they survived financially and where as the money come from. A question that may arise is Darrell Rose is seeking to be involved in the attempted take over of the Dale and his son Oliver is a director of a business that has financial interest in another football league team, i.e Mansfield, is this not a potential conflict of interest. It might be an idea to let Mansfield supporters know about this farce because it seems that potentially, they have an agent within the camp already. They may want to be alerted to possible outcomes.

Don't think you can sit with your head in the sand, you'd have to be on all fours, in danger of being shafted from behind!! But you're absolutely right. We're a test case for the credibility of the EFL It's my belief that Bottomley's attempts to enhance his media profile during his time at Dale weren't so much in Dale's interests as his own, in that he was attempting to put himself in the shop window for a potential post at the EFL. God knows where we'd be if that had come about If the HRT can be fought off - and there's surely more than enough evidence now been compiled by the superb work undertaken by Dale fans, following on from the vote to rid ourselves of Bottomley - the whole of the football world would have reason to be grateful to us. In due course, this is something that deserves much wider publicity And if Bottomley thinks he can lie low for a while and then attempt a comeback elsewhere, he'd better think again But first things first...

Here's a belter - that's in the public domain. 1) We all know that the Mansfield statutory director and CEO - Carolyn Radford is relatively high profile. 2) Here is here bragging about here house in the Daily Mail. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-6126595/Football-CEO-Carolyn-Radford- 10 BEDROOM - Barnby Moore Hall. 3) The management company that owns it is called RSCP MANAGEMENT LTD https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC434864/offi 4) John Lawrence Radford is a Director of that Company - Carolyn's Husband. 5) So is Oliver Paul Rose - Darrell Rose's son. Makes you wonder why if your son is mates with the Mansfield Chairman, you want to come and get involved at Rochdale. Why not put all of this money into Mansfield. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC434864/offi

It seems like money troubles haunt this guy.. I remembered that One Call was connected to Doncaster Rovers.. how do you prove you have been hacked by Russians? So the EFL think he is a fit and proper person to own a football club but.... "The Financial Conduct Authority fined the firm £684,000 for failing to arrange adequate protection for client money over nine years while Mr Radford was fined £468,600 after the FCA decided he ‘is not fit and proper to have any responsibility for client money or insurer money’... ‘on the basis of his lack of competence to perform such functions’." https://www.doncasterfreepress.co.uk/news/one-call-cyber-attack-all-you-need-to-
