Perhaps Woodman has refused to sign an extension and will be out of contract next season. Would he be willing to sit out a year to sign for Swansea for free next summer? Players can play where they want if they decline contracts. They just might have to wait a while. |  |

Guarenteed game time is a very convincing negiociating position for Chelsea to consider. He had however back problems in Germany. 50 games at Swansea would get a potential superstar back on track with his valuation easily covering any wages contribution. | |
