Has Fifa decided that yet?

That's what I can't understand, why the hell would it take so long?

It can't be clear cut for FIFA to take this long surely?

It's already been shown by Prem league. That's not in dispute.

FIFA's involvement is to determine if the transfer was completed.

FIFA wanted clubs to deal with it themselves, Nantes refused. I can see FIFA wanting to put this off due to the can of worms involved.

Looks complex, if FIFA can't prove one way or another will go down a long legal route and take years probably then?

BBC Wales is technically correct since the contract wasn't valid...

They are not technically correct. If the contract wasn't complete as you keep saying there is no technically about it. He NEVER was a CARDIFF player and your club LIED the had signed him when they hadn't. If it transpires Henderson is the man arrested and was the guy McKay actually booked then McKay and Nantes have clearly done nothing wrong. They took on a highly experienced pilot to take on the journey so they acted correctly given the guy was a former RAF and BA pilot who was used to flying this type of plane and was an aviation expert.

As far as I am aware it is speculation at the moment and until it is officially confirmed and is tried in court we have to be careful.

Every club photographs the player with the shirt, probably before every single document is 100% completed and cross-checked?

Looks like they tried their best to sign him, but may get off due to technicalities in the paperwork?

I keep having to explain this to you. Given you inability to get it, suspect you're more "Current HMRC".

The player contract with Prem was not complete, needed to be re-signed.
Nantes insisted on certain clauses in transfer deal around notification - if not met by either side, deal falls through, Nantes then look to sell player on in remainder of transfer window.
The claim is that Nantes failed to deliver on those clauses themselves. If true, then the deal is negated.
Clubs announce signings ahead of completion. Some fall through on medical grounds, other reasons.
As for the flight, there's a duty of care chain there. Nantes engaged McKay to work for them.

That's the case we put forward based upon legal advice. Would FIFA decide in our favour based upon that? Don't know. That's the case we're putting forward.

Not difficult to grasp that.

Maybe FIFA should engage your services to solve this for them since you're so definite about it?

If Mckay engaged Henderson he cannot be blamed. The guy is a vastly experienced pilot who flown many people in this private plane. The fact that he supposedly sublet it to someone else less qualified McKay could not have predicted. This is no different if your mate Vince had hired one of his buses from Edwards or Nat or whoever. He would quite reasonable expect that they would provide a roadworthy bus with a suitably qualified driver. If they used someone with a car licence instead of a PSV it wouldnt be Vince's fault if there was an accident and your fan's got killed.

Duty. Of. Care.

Sala turned down the Cardiff arranged flight, his agent McKay saying he could get one sorted. You seem to want to absolve any responsibility for those organising the flight.

You also conveniently ignore the fact this was an illegal commercial flight.

As for the remainder, get a room with Henderson.

Your club knew at the time of the accident that this contract supposedly hadn't taken place but did nothing to correct the fact they hadn't signed him. Your fans were placing flowers outside Legoland thinking your record signing had been killed in an accident and your club let the fans believe it. The only time they changed their mind was when it came to payment. Colin even described him as a Cardiff City player which according to you and your club he never was.

I've explained it to you numerous times, both on the board and via private messages when you bothered me with your inane, inaccurate drivel.

Your inability to get it is your problem, not mine.

For the final time, the expectation was he'd sign. Issues would be corrected - or not. Can't guarantee Sala would have agreed to restructuring the signing on fee, which was the problem with the Prem for example.

NSR- Man Arrested on Suspicion of Manslaughter over Sala Death on 12:51 - Jun 20 with 1428 viewsexhmrc1

Exactly you cant guarantee Sala would agree restructuring his signing on fee. Fact is you broke premier league rules in agreeing it . Sala or Nantes wouldnt have known. It was your responsibility to ensure the transfer was in accordance with the premier league rules. You hadn't done so and the Premier league rejected it accordingly. Your officials were aware of this before to crash and could have made it clear at the time. Did they. No even though on your basis they knew they didnt have a proper signing. All your fans were misled into believing he was their record signing but according to you they knew he wasn't. Even if the rules broke Premier league rules it doesnt mean it wasn't a proper transfer. The transfer was submitted to The Welsh fa who agreed it and forwarded to Fifa. It just meant he wouldn't be able to play in the Premier league or any of its competitions but would have been entitled to play in the FA Cup and similar. It doesnt mean he wasn't transferred and the fault lies entirely with you lot who broke the premier league rules.

Contract not valid?

Despite being paraded as signed.

If he had scored that weekend would you have accepted the goal or would you still have said he was not our player?

Every scum fan knows they had signed him and are now disgustingly trying to use his death to shit out of paying.

Cardiff’s name is now scum throughout France and Argentina and probably the rest of the footballing world.

FIFA will have the final say on if he was signed or not not Bluey.

You really, really don't grasp the argument, do you?

The main underlying issue is that Nantes allegedly failed to fulfill the clauses within the transfer deal, clauses Nantes insisted were present. Clauses that if we'd broken meant Sala would remain a Nantes player, who they could then sell elsewhere.

You don't address those due to being utterly clueless about the case.

1) He'd not have been eligible to play... unless signed amended personal contract.
2) Bit pointless that anyway, because it means he'd still be alive and thus no transfer dispute.
3) As I have to keep saying, the club argument is Nantes failed to abide by clauses in the transfer deal which were inserted at the insistence of Nantes. If that's the case, your view is pointless.
4) Our name is scum? Sure. You'd have offered 5p in the pound on the deal.

As for FIFA, that's precisely what I've been fvcking saying! You might want to tell ex/current HMRC that, he doesn't seem to grasp it.

I agree, if it's proven that unlawful activity took place, possibly involving the selling club, my hatred of the football club would also make me want them to pay millions of pounds.
Still, neither you nor I, will ever have that sort of money.

Have they coughed up or is that headline incorrect?

I'd imagine the most you've ever coughed up is a couple of ml of man juice, never £15million.
Can't we concentrate on our own woes, a couple on here are obsessed with them.
