I have supported the Swans for 18 years, season ticket holder at the liberty for 7 seasons. I have enjoyed the football home and away in every division and competition. However there are some people who do not have the chance to go to games, be it due to financial constraints, location or other commitments. One of my favourite things about football is the atmoaphere, yet people miss out on it. Personally I really enjoy watching other teams match day vlog/experiences and thought about doing a Swans vlogs myself.
My questions are -
What are your thoughts on match day vlogs in general? What are your thoughts on a match day vlog for swansea? Would anyone on here be interested to watch them?
There are some open and strong minded personalities on this forum so I'd like to know your thoughts.

These are really good mate please keep up the good work.
A couple of thoughts..
How's about a index showing where the goals or incidents are for those who just want to see them.
This thread should be made a sticky.
You're no singer...
Thanks for that. Always appreciate feedback and suggestions. Ill see what I can do for the next Vlog. Really enjoy doing them so as long as people are enjoying watching them that's all good, happy days.
Trying to get my YouTube channel a personal URL. Requirement is 100 subscribers. I'm currently 29 away from this goal. If you've visited the channel and not yet subbed please consider it. If your new why not check it out.

Hope you enjoy the vlog.
Not the performance we wanted and not the result it deserved. Such a strange match overall. 2 goal were huge mistakes. And the other two were just well worked goals from Norwich. We got lucky to score but dominated the first part of the match and should have been able to go ahead befote conceding. A few players were really off form today. Some big changes in attitude and performance befote the West Brom game on Wednesday.
Match day vlog #11 Aston Villa v Swansea City FA Cup 3rd round 05.01.2019
Great performance by the Swans yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to Villa Park such a beautiful stadium.
Who would you like in the 4th round of the cup. A premier league team away? Or a lower league team either home or away? I'd like a trip to a smaller ground just to experience a terrace stand again.
Hope you enjoy the vlog. Don't forget to subscribe if you are new to the channel. Have a great Sunday all.

Match day vlog #13 Swansea City v Gillingham FA Cup 4th round 26.01.2019Â
Another great FA Cup performance after easing past Villa in the 3rd round. Plenty of very good individual performances on show but also a well worked disciplined team effort. Fer worked his ass off again. Celina with moments of brilliance. Mulder had a pretty easy afternoon but when called upon he did very well. Potter is taking the cup serious which I like. We may as well make it our main priority for the remainder of the season with league safety all but secure and no serious threat for a play off push looking likely. Wanted or not. On tho the mext round. Who would you like in the 5th round of the cup. A premier league team away? Or a lower league team either home or away? I'd still like a trip to a smaller ground just to experience a terrace stand again.Â

Match day Vlog #14 Swansea City v Birmingham City EFL Championship 29.01.2019
Where to begin with last nights game. Decent opening 20 minutes, Dan James getting a well overdue and deserved goal in the 22nd minute. From there the game went a bit sideways. literally not just the passing. Somehow we went in at HT 1-1 and facing 45 minutes against 10 men as Pedersen was sent for an early bath in injury time. We came out for the 2nd half like we were the team with 10 men. Sitting deep in our own half and showing no real urgency to get forward and take the game to Birmingham. After 20 minutes of eye sore football McBurnie netted his first of the evening with a glancing header over Neil Camp who had made some really good saves up till now. That lasted all of one minute when a Birmingham lump ball made it's way in to our 18 yard box and again we failed to cope, the ball bounced out of Mulders's stretched hands back into play, back out of Mulder's grasp again and somehow ended up in the back of the net. Fulton maybe could have done something while stood on the line. Cue Che Adams stunner. Birmingham goal kick, McKay is dispossessed easily in the centre circle and the counter is on. One pass out wide to Adams he cuts in and that's 3-2. Swans continued to put the pressure on and the reward came in the 94th minute. Another complete dribble past his man and Montero chips the ball to the back post where MVD is waiting. He send the ball back across goal to McBurnie's waiting right foot. On the volley and its 3-3 I'm less pissed off at this point but still not impressed to go away without all three points. On the Bristol on Saturday. Wish all the Jacks a safe journey and bring home the three points. YJB
Boring game but i hope you enjoy the vlog. Three tough well earned points today. Millwall looked set to come here at take a point and be happy with that. Potter set out differently and it paid off. Thought a few players had individually good games, Byers obviously being one. Happy for the guy to get his first professional goal. I thought he and Grimes linked up well in midfield throughout the game. CBR did well holding the ball up but never really given the opportunity to score other than one chance. Carter Vickers did well to cope with anything Millwall lumped and hoofed his way. Happy with the win given it wasn't the prettiest game of football nor the most entertaining but the Swans got the win and that's all that counts. We can all have a happier weekend. Nice one all. As always thanks for watching and if you haven't already subscribed go and do it. Have a good weekend.
Something a little different this week. I bring to you a match day vlog from the Netherlands. European Match Day Vlog #1 ADO Den Haag 1-5 Ajax Amsterdam. 24.02.2019 Cars Jeans Stadion.
Our trip began with a train ride from Amsterdam Central Station to Den Haag Central. While waiting on the escalator taking us to our platform to get the train to Forepark Station opposite the Cars Jeans Stadion we were approached by two men. One began to speak to me in Dutch to which I replied English only. He then asked about the flags in my back pocket. I told him one was a Welsh flag and another was a Swansea flag. He then produced his Dutch police ID card and badge. And asked where we were going? Den Haag stadium for the football. Why we were going to the game? And how we got tickets as we needed an ID pass to be able to get a ticket for Den Haag matches. We had arranged with someone associated with the club to reserve two tickets for the Ajax game. Once I told them who had reserved them everything was good. Anyway all the 500 questions later they asked for ID. They photographed our ID's and let us on our way. There was a heavy police presence for a game that allowed now travelling fans to attend. I knew there could potentially be trouble getting to the game but in all honesty it was easy. We arrived at Forepark and walked 10 minutes to the stadium with a load of Den Haag fans. We collected our tickets and made out way in to the stadium. As you enter you self scan your ticket and then are greeted by a ticket attendant and a steward who taps everyone down. The pitch itself is disconnected from the stands by a moat to prevent anyone getting on the pitch. This is due to a long history of fighting and violence at the previous stadium. The Cars Jeans Stadion is now one of the most safe and secure stadiums in the world and we could tell. The atmosphere was good for a game that had no away fans although it was bizarre to hear nothing but sniggery complaining from home fans every time Ajax scored. I wish there were away fans at the game it would have added a bit more to the experience but never the less it was a great day out and one that I'd recommend to anyone who can secure themselves a ticket.
