Top player mind. I'm convinced it's no coincidence that our's and Wales' recent successes coincided with him being captain. In a way it's good that he left at the top rather than us having to witness a slow and messy decline; Everton can have that. Not many here would agree with that logic. Quite a few consider Fer to have been our best player this season.
