Anything lurking in a blackberry has short shift. Wash them with cold water in a colender, then sprinkle salt on them, leave them for five minutes and wash away the salt.
I've tried grateing a little marzipan in the crumble, it's lush.Or try a tablespoon of oatmeal in the crumble mix for extra crunch. |  | | |
