thank fkk Diego Du Charmil came in; that & doing the reverse f/c in the champion chase in the end has saved my day as it was looking a bit grim so far.
also threw a canadian together with Sprinter, Yorkhill, Diego, Josies & No More Heroes; returned 6/1 on the stake but would have been a lot better if the last mentioned hadn't have been injured going over the last; having said that will be happy enough if the horse is OK as it looked quite a bad injury. That is most unlikely at the festival. This is the most competitive 4 days of racing where everyone wants to win. The only fiddling during this meeting is by trying to sneak things into handicaps on artificially low ratings, which they are all trying to do.
