Been saying this for a while, if we are relegated we missed a golden opportunity financially for at least a decade.
I honestly think I am watching a different team to some.
40 years of supporting this club have made me a natural pessimist - if we are winning 2 nil I only relax with 60 seconds left on the clock. But even I would be struggling to imagine any situation where there aren't 3 teams worse than us this season. It's harder at the moment to find 3 who are better if I'm completely honest.

No moaning, no tweeting, no finger pointing. He just got on with it.
Michu, Saido Berahino, and the majority of those other clowns who call themselves professionals. And yes I include one or two others at our club today.
Take note !
Nathan Dyer, I wish you the very best pal, a proper Swan.

Hmm been watching the fallout from this with interest. Yes Nathan isn't as good as Ayew or Montero but is a bloody good backup when required. As someone said previously he does a lot more defensive work than most people notice. At the time I was disappointed he didn't start ahead of Routs on Sunday. He knows how we play and can come in at the drop of a hat.I'm sure our seasons finish won't result in whether we have Dyer in our squad or not, but seems like madness to help out one of our rivals. There was a real fear towards the end of the season that Ki went to Sunderland that we would be caught up in a relegation dogfight and Sunderland were picking up points for fun at the time. However as usual we have to trust the manager and board. All the best Nathan YJB.

Injuries ??????
No disrespect but does anything this club ever do please you
We have the best squad we have ever had, have 8 points from the first 4 games (which included two Champions League sides) and we let someone go who (despite the fact I would have kept him) was only ever likely to play a bit part and all of a sudden we have some on suicide watch it seems
Maybe Nathan wanted to go, lets see how West Brom get on playing hardball with players who want to leave...

The more I think about this, the more I think Perch has a point.
In all probability, Leicester are not going to be a threat to our league position, but sending our fourth (IMO) best winger out on loan just weakens us. If it was a fringe player who didn't have a chance of getting in the team, or we had a replacement lined up, it would make sense.

Yep - not panicking, and I don’t see anyone that is, most are just a little disappointed in this. Yes, Nathan will not have been in the starting XI if all are fit, but over the course of a season, with injury and suspension, we will no doubt need to call on a strong squad, and we now have a squad that is not quite so strong.

A very small part of your opinion matches mine
My glass remains pretty much full, yours has been empty for about five years now and is the same every summer when you look at transfers we didn't make and yet time and time again those who are in charge of things prove that they know more and have better judgement than you...

Not sure that we'll definitely bring someone in. We could go with the diamond formation a lot more. Dyer leaving frees up space for leon or Grimes on the bench.
Plus Barrow is back in October.

Saves the club over a million in salary payments too. Even on 25k a week it is a considerable saving that can be placed elsewhere.
Fair point, that's assuming Leicester are paying 100% of the wages though (I'm not sure what the contract is).
Our second string side is weaker without him. We can't expect to do as well in the cups (as well as the league) without players like this in the squad...
If the report I just read on sky sports of an interview that nathan gave is correct then this has been on the cards for a while - "It's good to finally come here" was the quote.
