That isn't being pig headed or arrogant. I too wish I was on the jury, a very interesting case indeed and would be interesting to get the full picture.
What evidence I do have, and what evidence everyone else has however, points to this case being an absolute sham.

Just the overall impression. Some may be taken aback by the fact she's not a total zombie, being dragged unconscious from the taxi, but I still think she looks very drunk.
The way she's clinging to the guy she just met in a kebab shop, the way she wandered off on her own to get the pizza, she just looks very drunk to me, from my experience of women and being out on the town.
The poor camera quality doesn't help, but just my opinion. I'm not overly familiar with the case, but didn't the guy on the front desk feel compelled to go and check up on her, such was his concern about the state she was in? Implies his first hand perception of her was of someone in a lot of bother? |
The way she effortlessly squatted in high heels to pick up a pizza? Presumably the pizza was then eaten if she was that keen - for what it's worth, an intake of carbs usually has a sobering effect on me and most people I know. |  | | |

I am a keen amateur psychologist, everyone fascinates me when they express "odd" behaviour. You seem to have a desire to engage but don't feel confident enough to do it on the chosen subject, maybe you feel out of your depth.
You try to change the debate to a much lower level of smileys and insults, a level you are much more at home and comfortable with. Any requests to be sensible will fall on deaf ears and usually accompanied with an ill thought out put down or insult.
You will then hang back and jump in with snide remarks indirectly challenging the person you are afraid of meeting head on regarding the subject. You will repeat all of the above until you decide to move on.
